Zero represents little or no existence of self-esteem.
The severity or degree of self esteem, 100 = seven days plus with increased self awareness, self worth, and the ability to resolve negative feelings (i.e. resentment, hate, and fear).
Time is estimated by week one through week twenty-six (26).
Table eight, self esteem, illustrates a significant increase in self esteem by week 5.5 for those 25 individuals using Aloe vera vs. the control group of 25 not using Aloe vera. Both groups received intensive individual and group therapy for substance abuse.
